## One move lifts the market gauge

The Sorso View Compute Index reads **104.3** for Issue 010, up 0.2 points from Issue 009. RunPod raised its fixed public Secure Cloud H100 SXM rate from $3.29 to $3.49 per GPU-hour. The other fifteen controlling rates were unchanged.

This was a priced-only capture under the two-track cadence. The eleven other panel members were deferred. They were not reviewed, carried, or newly excluded in Issue 010. Coverage Score and the Compute Opacity Index are intentionally omitted.

## The movement

RunPod's fixed public Secure Cloud H100 SXM 80 GB Pod rate increased by $0.20 per GPU-hour, or 6.08 percent. Secure Cloud remains the controlling surface under the existing RunPod comparison rule. Community Cloud, H100 PCIe, H100 NVL, Serverless H100 PRO, clusters, and reserved offers do not control.

The repricing raises the Tier 3 median from $4.62 to $4.72. Tier 1, Tier 2, the pooled non-hyperscaler median, the Hyperscaler Premium, the Neocloud Discount, and the Price Floor are unchanged.

## Evidence and method

The controlling observations use public, fixed, hourly H100 SXM 80 GB-class rates. Instance prices are divided by GPU count using decimal arithmetic. Spot, preemptible, commitment, reservation, quote-gated, starting-at, managed-inference, serverless, and other non-comparable product modes are excluded.

Issue 010 contains 120 registered frames covering all 16 scheduled providers. Every submitted frame is preserved in the private evidence archive. The internal SVCI result is `104.33638218934851444856492520403167924556296953520`, which displays as **104.3** under the locked rounding rule.

## Scope disclosure

Deferred and not reviewed in Issue 010: E013 Fluidstack, E014 Nscale, E015 IREN, E016 ChronoScale, E017 GMI Cloud, E018 CUDO Compute, E019 Spheron, E021 Hyperbolic, E024 Vast.ai, E026 TensorDock, and E027 Shadeform.

Issue 010 makes no fresh disposition for those eleven entries and does not infer panel-wide coverage from the priced-only block.
