Sponsorships, opening later.

• Issue 010 gate. Non-panel organizations that do not sell measured GPU rates may first be considered for sponsorship.
• Issue 013 review. Sponsorship by a measured panel provider is not permitted before this firewall review, and any later policy would apply only outside protected index-adjacent surfaces.
• Protected surfaces. Sponsorship does not enter SVCI issues, SVCI data files, methodology, corrections, provider tables, or evidence packages.
• No influence. Sponsors receive no pre-publication SVCI data, inclusion or ranking influence, favorable treatment, score influence, panel influence, privileged correction treatment, or editorial review rights.

Eligibility, disclosure terms, and any inquiry process will be published before sponsorship is accepted.
