Headline state.

The release-candidate metadata originally misstated the Hyperscaler Premium as 2.9664x. The audited value is 2.9498x. No headline rate, inclusion, median, SVCI, Coverage, COI, basket, or Price Floor changed.

The three tiers.

Tier 1 and Tier 3 match Issue 004. Tier 2 decreases from $3.85 to $3.55 after Hyperbolic enters the priced set at $1.39.

One rate changed. One provider entered.

Hyperstack increased its exact public on-demand H100 SXM rate from $2.40 to $3.20. It remained below the Tier 2 median and did not offset the effect of the new low-priced observation.

Hyperbolic entered the priced set at $1.39 from a public on-demand documentation table. The additional observation increased Tier 2 coverage from nine to ten providers and lowered the Tier 2 median from $3.85 to $3.55.

What the panel shows.

Issue 005 resolves sixteen of twenty-seven providers to comparable fixed public H100 rates. Eleven are captured and excluded because the public surface is a floor, dynamic marketplace, aggregator pass-through, sales gate, quote request, or incompatible public basis.

An interrupted-cycle record.

Issue 005 was sealed as a release-candidate artifact and retained for audit. It was not used as the previous published comparison baseline for Issue 006. The archive preserves the evidence and calculations without presenting the issue as an ordinary published weekly release.

Four rulings that matter.

Hyperstack: the dedicated GPU pricing page at $3.20 controls over the conflicting $2.40 homepage table.

Hyperbolic: the public on-demand documentation table at $1.39 is accepted for Issue 005; the enterprise dedicated table is excluded.

RunPod: Secure Cloud on-demand H100 SXM at $3.29 controls under the Tier 3 approval.

Paperspace: the official $5.95 on-demand rate controls; the $2.24 three-year commitment rate is excluded.

Thin coverage.

Tier 3 remains a two-of-five fixed-rate observation. RunPod and Paperspace enter the tier median. Vast.ai, TensorDock and Shadeform do not because dynamic marketplace rates, host-varying floors and aggregator pass-through prices are not comparable fixed provider rates. The 0.10 weight remains locked.
