Issue 010.
Sixteen fresh priced-provider observations. RunPod moved. The Sorso View Compute Index rises to 104.3.
One move lifts the market gauge.
The Sorso View Compute Index reads 104.3 for Issue 010, up 0.2 points from Issue 009. RunPod raised its fixed public Secure Cloud H100 SXM rate from $3.29 to $3.49 per GPU-hour. The other fifteen controlling rates were unchanged.
This was a priced-only capture under the two-track cadence. The eleven other panel members were deferred. They were not reviewed, carried, or newly excluded in Issue 010. Coverage Score and the Compute Opacity Index are therefore intentionally omitted.

RunPod repriced its Secure Cloud H100.
RunPod's fixed public Secure Cloud H100 SXM 80 GB Pod rate increased from $3.29 to $3.49 per GPU-hour, a gain of $0.20 or 6.08 percent. The public product page independently reproduces the new $3.49 rate.
The comparison basis did not change. Secure Cloud remains the controlling surface under the existing RunPod rule. Community Cloud, H100 PCIe, H100 NVL, Serverless H100 PRO at $4.79, clusters, and reserved offers remain outside the headline observation.
The headline follows the fixed on-demand instance.
The evidence set again shows why the product surface matters. Crusoe, Together AI, Verda, and RunPod publish managed or serverless products alongside raw GPU instances. Paperspace advertises a $2.24 H100 commitment rate while separately identifying $5.95 as its on-demand promotional price.
Issue 010 uses the fixed public on-demand instance or Pod rate. Spot, preemptible, commitment, reservation, quote-gated, starting-at, managed-inference, and serverless rates do not control.
A sealed capture record.
Issue 010 contains 120 registered frames covering all 16 scheduled providers. Every submitted frame is retained in the private evidence archive, including contextual, duplicate, alternate-mode, and exclusion evidence.
The index was independently recomputed from the 16 listed rates. The internal result is 104.33638218934851444856492520403167924556296953520, which displays as 104.3 under the locked rounding rule.
Deferred, not adjudicated.
The following eleven entries were outside this priced-only capture. Issue 010 makes no fresh disposition for them.
The most recent sealed full-panel sweep was Issue 008, published August 16, 2026. The next Track 1 full-panel sweep is due on or about September 15, 2026.
